OPOS standardization steps

OPOS (One Pot, One Shot) is the healthiest, tastiest, cleanest, greenest, fastest way to cook just about anything. OPOS works for anyone, anywhere, anytime. Before start preparing any OPOS recipes, follow the below steps to identify the heat settings to be followed for all your OPOS recipes.   • Use a 2 liter Indian whistling cooker

  • Add 1/4C (60ml) water to your cooker and cook on high heat. Check if you get a long and loud whistle in 1 to 2 minutes

  • If cookeer whistles within 1 minute or it takes more than 2 minutes to whistle, increase or decrease the heat settings and repeat this process until you get the whistle within 1 to 2 minutes

  • Follow the same heat settings for all your OPOS recipes
